This privacy policy describes how Checkdubaicard FZ-LLC processes personal data submitted through the nolcard recharge platform.

1. What we collect

• UAE mobile number (used for the order reference and SMS confirmation).
• Nol card details: type and 16-digit serial.
• Recharge amount in AED.
• Order reference and timestamp.
• Last four digits of the card and the card brand (Visa or Mastercard) — provided by the payment processor.

We do not store full card numbers, expiry dates or security codes — those are handled solely by our PCI-compliant payment processor.

2. Why we collect it

• To create and track your order.
• To forward the recharge instruction to the upstream Nol system.
• To respond to support inquiries and refund requests.
• To comply with applicable UAE regulations on financial record-keeping.

3. How we share data

We share the minimum required data with: the payment processor, our hosting provider, and the upstream Nol system. We do not sell, lease or share your data with third parties for marketing.

4. Retention

Order data is retained for five years for accounting purposes. Mobile numbers are retained only as part of the order record.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, subject to our regulatory obligations. Email support@checkdubaicard.org with the order reference.
