Refund policy

Because a nolcard recharge is delivered as a digital top up to the Nol wallet, our refund procedure focuses on whether the credit actually reached your card.

When you're entitled to a refund

You may request a full refund if any of the following happens within 24 hours after a successful card charge:

  1. Your Nol wallet was not credited at all.
  2. The credited amount is lower than what you paid.
  3. The recharge was applied to a different Nol serial because of a system error on our side.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@checkdubaicard.org with the order reference (begins with CDC-).
  2. Include the masked card last four digits and the transaction date and time.
  3. Attach a screenshot of the Nol wallet showing the missing credit, if available.

Timeline

We reply within one business day. Approved refunds are returned to the original card within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank's posting cycle.

Not refundable

If the credit reached your Nol wallet in full and on time, the transaction is considered final. If you topped up the wrong Nol serial but the credit went through, we cannot reverse it — that needs to be sorted with the RTA service centre directly.
