These terms govern your use of the Checkdubaicard website and the nolcard recharge service offered through it. By placing an order you agree to these terms in full.
Checkdubaicard FZ-LLC (the "operator") provides a structured online form for submitting Nol card recharge requests. We forward the card payment to a regulated payment processor on our checkout subdomain. We are not the issuer of any Nol product.
You must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid Visa or Mastercard issued in your name, and have permission to top up the Nol card whose serial you submit.
Once the card charge is confirmed, the corresponding amount is forwarded to be credited to the Nol wallet identified by the serial you provided. Credit is normally visible within 2-5 minutes; in rare cases it may take up to 24 hours.
If the Nol wallet is not credited within 24 hours after a successful card charge, you are entitled to a full refund. See the refund policy for the procedure.
To the extent permitted by UAE law, our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount of the most recent transaction. We are not responsible for delays caused by the upstream Nol system or by your card issuer.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
